How to submit joining documents
- Search the employee. Enter their 12-digit Aadhaar number. Only employees with Approved status will appear.
- Verify their details in this panel before uploading anything.
- Upload all 18 documents section by section:
- 2-Coms Contact Details Form (acknowledge page)
- PF: EPFO pages 1–3, Form 11 (2 pages), Form F, Part-B, Nomination Form
- ESIC pages 1 & 2
- Personal: info form, Aadhaar front & back, PAN, bank passbook, qualification proof
- Form X (final)
- Submit. The button enables once all 18 are in place. Photos are compressed automatically before upload.
JPG/PNG only. Each file can be used once. After submission, changes need HR approval.
